Privacy Policy

Stewardship Financial considers the protection of sensitive information to be a foundation of client trust and a sound business practice. To ensure confidentiality of client information, each employee signs a confidentiality document as to the privacy of client records. We do not share information with any other firm except with those that maintain required records such as the custody agent, as directed by the client, or as required by law.

Additionally, we perform a number of security measures to ensure that client information remains protected at all times. These additional actions include:

  • Sophisticated Cisco hardware firewall plus supplementary software firewall, antivirus, and antispyware programs designed to protect from internet and system intrusion
     
  • Limited and tracked access to our encrypted database
     
  • 90-day rotating and multiple layer passwords on all employee logins
     
  • State-of-the-art preboot hard drive encryption on all computer hard drives, including laptop, workstation, and server. This means no one can break into the operating system without going through the pre-boot encryption, so even if lost or stolen, computers would remain protected

We do not sell information about current or former clients to any third parties. Further, we do not disclose client information to third parties unless it is authorized and requested by you as part of our wealth management relationship. We treat this information as strictly confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Within Stewardship Financial, we restrict access to such information to those who require it to service your relationship.

Finally, we adhere to the CFP Board of Standards Code of Ethics, which restricts the use of client information and requires that it be held in strict confidence.
